Meet The Woman Who Tells Parisiennes To Put Down Their Baguettes

 

 

Twenty-nine-year-old Natalie Kent moved from London to Paris 16 months ago to start her business The Whole Life. "When I tell people in Paris that I'm a health coach here, they're kind of mystified by it," says Kent. (She's literally, and endearingly, known as "Ms. Vegan" or "Ms. Organic" among her circle of Parisian friends.)

Kent introduced Rachel to healthy breakfast habits, like porridge with chia seeds, or a green smoothie with fruit, veggies, and coconut oil in lieu of her former "typical" French breakfast of bread, butter, and coffee.

"I KNEW EXPATS WOULD BE INTERESTED IN MY SERVICES, BUT WHAT SURPRISED ME WAS THAT THE FRENCH WERE INTERESTED, TOO."
